GIVE THEM A REASON TO STOP.

Corporate events
with Jules Cartoonist.

A live drawing turns a passing visitor into a conversation. At exhibitions, launches and company events, I create personal cartoons while your team gets to know its guests.

A quick photo is all I need. Your visitors can chat with you while I draw, then leave with a memorable picture.

ON YOUR STAND

A little curiosity. A better conversation.

Keep your guests moving

After a quick photo, I work unobtrusively while you introduce your product or service. Visitors don’t have to sit still for the drawing.

When there’s a queue, I take photos and give an approximate collection time. Alternatively, I can post the finished picture free of charge.

Book the time you need

Bookings can run from a few hours to longer campaigns. I’m available any day of the week and can travel to virtually any location.

Quotes cover my time and all drawings, with travel and accommodation included where needed.

YOUR COMPANY IN THE PICTURE

A theme that tells your story.

Your product. Your backdrop.

Your product. Your backdrop.

I sketch a background around your company’s products or services, incorporating the details you want visitors to remember, such as your website, email address and phone number.

Two starting themes can be prepared, with more available to suit your event. Ask about complimentary themes for multi-day bookings.

Made for the occasion

Made for the occasion

I bring copies of the agreed backdrop to use for the live caricatures. Each guest’s face makes the drawing personal while the theme connects it to your business.

Send your event brief and brand details so we can discuss an approach that fits.

FROM THE ARCHIVE

Exhibitions, launches & new car days.

CMCAuk · York, June 2013

CMCAuk · York, June 2013

A two-day booking at a seminar event for an obsolete-parts outsourcing company. Guests were photographed between lectures and collected their drawings afterwards.

A bespoke theme illustrated the firm’s services. The booking followed a recommendation from an employee who already owned one of my drawings.

Nissan · Cheshire, July 2011

Nissan · Cheshire, July 2011

Four days at a motoring event at Cholmondeley Castle, booked through Contraband Events. I worked alongside another cartoonist, drawing visitors in their chosen Nissan models.

The completed drawings were scanned for use on Nissan’s website.

Toyota World · Birmingham, 2008–2010

Toyota World · Birmingham, 2008–2010

Three separate new-car collection events, in August 2008, March 2009 and March 2010. Customers were drawn in a themed picture of their new car.

I drew from the camera screen while the sales team completed the paperwork, so the picture could be ready as the customer left.

Nestlé Purina / Felix · summer 2007

Nestlé Purina / Felix · summer 2007

A 12-week promotional campaign across England, Scotland and Wales, booked through Kreate Promotions.

Working from customers’ cat photographs, or a breed reference book, I drew under a Felix gazebo as part of the promotional team.

These are historical examples from my portfolio, showing different ways live drawing can support an event. Get in touch to discuss your own dates and requirements.
